Discovery Call
We hop on a 30-minute call so I can learn about you, your clients, your goals, and your current customer journey. I listen, ask questions, and gather information to synthesize how we might work together and whether a ½ or Full VIP would best match your goals.
Clarity Questionnaire
Once we are a GO to get started…You complete a survey that helps you reflect on the role of this new program in your business and how our work together will help you meet your goals. I review this information in preparation for our Kick Off Call.
Kick-Off Call
In this 60-minute call, we get crystal clear on our outcomes and process for our VIP Day together. We both figure out what we need to do to prepare for the VIP Day Call so we can maximize our time together. I learn from you about how I can best support you.
Pre-work
You reflect on a series of questions that help clarify what makes you unique and how your one-of-a-kind combination of experiences can come together to make an unprecedented program in your industry. This info informs how we build your program and helps you create your own Intellectual Property in your business.
VIP day
We meet via videoconference and get at those goals we set on the Kick Off Call! Generally, you talk. I ask questions. And I write, organize, and synthesize your expertise. You get to be the expert in your content, and I help you systemize a way to get your students transformation based on sound educational practices and research. We get clear on program goals, modules, lessons, assets, learning activities, resource lists, course workbooks, and facilitating coaching calls.
30-Days of Voxer
After our VIP Day, you’ll continue to evolve your program - you might even begin teaching your program right away. Your 30-Days of Voxer access allows you to ask questions about refining your program, facilitating coaching calls, collecting data on student results, etc. Your continued support during these 30 days allows you time and resources to integrate all you’ve learned and ask questions as your program continues to develop.

As a career-long professional educator, I have served as a teacher, leader, state-level coordinator, and international consultant with schools and educators on 6 continents. An international presenter on the topic of curriculum and instruction, I have certifications in coaching, curriculum design, and learning leadership. I was raised bilingual and bicultural (German) in the US, and I thrive on embracing and celebrating diversity and context in the learning process.

No. That is why we are working together. You are bringing your beautiful jumble of ideas, as well as your knowledge of your ideal clients, and we figure out your new program together. (Doesn’t that feel better already?)
Do I have to already have a successful program to work with you?
Not necessarily. If you have a successful business and an existing business infrastructure - and now you are ready to add a course to your business, then we’re likely a good fit. Book a discovery call to find out for sure.
Will you write my curriculum for me?
I can listen to, organize, and clarify your genius and help you create a pathway for student transformation that is completely unique to you. You are the expert and your students want to learn from your genius. I help you make that learning clear, seamless, and as transformational as possible.
When can we get started?
It depends. I can usually start seeing client within 1-2 months of initial contact. If my schedule allows, I will fast track folks if they are ready to get to work.

I understanding that learning is based in personal, social, cultural, and systemic values, and each person deserves to heard, seen, understood and feel belonging. Unexamined approaches to teaching and learning are almost sure to include unconscious bias, and I am always looking to unpack that in myself and my teaching.
